When I became a Loan Officer after I had refinanced my house, I realized that I was a victim of Mortgage Fraud & Predatory Lending that resulted in the foreclosure of my primary residence in Massachusetts. Reluctantly, I had to initiate defensive legal action in Federal Court that involved Real Estate Contract, Truth-In-Lending violations(TILA). Unequivocally, I know first hand of the pains and the agonies that one simple decision to sign a legal document can caused.
