High Referral Fees Paid to Financial, Real Estate and Business Brokers, Intermediaries, Lawyers, Accountants who refer clients to us for Commercial Loans only.

We will pay you 20% of any fee collected by us when the loan closes.  This is strictly a referral fee. Besides getting the answers to a few simple questions no other work is required from you.

If you wish to refer a prospect, please download the "High Referral Fees Paid Agreement" form and fax it back to us at 1-877-753-3152. All that you have to do is give us the name, address and phone number of the prospective client. We also will need a short summary of his financing needs.  Your commission is paid promptly after we receive our fee. That's all you have to do to earn a substantial finder's fee.
